Admissions Counselor

Scheduling counseling calls with new leads and existing leads for providing in depth guidance on suitable programs

Conducting career assessment or screening test and providing test interpretation to admission aspirants

Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects 6.

Should be able to create detailed and structured admissions email / templates/

Should be comfortable working with CRM

Should be able to groom and manage a team of 1-2 employees

Must have experience in selling high ticket programs

Should be able to resolve admissions related questions of prospective students on email, phone, and maintaining strong relations with prospective leads

Must be willing to take up counseling calls over the weekend as all the learners are working professionals

Active coordination with marketing and placement cell to improve the quality of inbound leads and sharing other relevant information
