- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide information about courses, fees, and admission procedures
- Manage the end to end admission process, including application review, document verification, and enrollment
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication with applicants
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow ups, and admissions
- Follow up with prospective students to increase enrollment and conversion rates
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally
- Prepare reports on admission trends, application numbers, and conversions for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field
- Prior experience in student admissions or customer facing roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and record keeping abilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in same profession or telesales

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Education, or related field.

- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain follow up efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
- Professional, polite, and persuasive approach to prospective students.
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
