Role Purpose

  • Resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from end user as per defined SLAs ensuring client satisfaction.

Do

  • Ensure timely response of all tickets raised by the client end user.
  • Service requests solutioning by maintaining quality parameters.
  • Act as custodian of client’s network/server/system/storage/platform/infrastructure and other equipment.
  • Keep check on number of tickets raised, ensuring right solutioning as per defined resolution timeframe.
  • Perform root cause analysis of tickets and create action plan to resolve problem.
  • Provide acceptance and immediate resolution to high priority tickets/service.
  • Install and configure software/hardware requirements based on service requests.
  • 100% adherence to timeliness as per priority of each issue.
  • Provide application/user access as per client requirements.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution stage.
  • Maintain timely backup of important data/logs and management resources.
  • Coordinate with on site team for complex problem resolution.
