- Guide visitors and respond to inquiries
- Review periodic reports and supervise their analysis and study
- Save and archive data and documents related to the work

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Relations

- Training courses in computer applications, effective communication, public service, archiving, and report preparation
