Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings on
Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder
- Upload, update, and remove listings with accurate details, images, and pricing
- Coordinate with agents to collect property information and required documentation
- Prepare real estate contracts (
Form A, B, F
- ) and related documents
- Handle client inquiries and schedule property viewings
- Maintain and update property database and CRM system
- Ensure all listings comply with
- RERA regulations
- and company guidelines
- Assist in onboarding new brokers (documentation, system access, portal setup)
🔹 Lead Management (Core Responsibility)
- **Call and qualify all incoming leads**
- from property portals
- Identify buyer requirements (budget, location, property type, timeline)
- **Categorize leads**
- (hot, warm, cold) in the CRM system
- **Assign and transfer leads**
- to relevant agents promptly
- **Follow up with agents**
- on lead progress and updates
- Track response time and ensure no leads are missed
- Maintain accurate
- lead reports and daily/weekly performance reports
- Support agents in follow-ups to improve conversion rates
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the marketing team for listing promotions and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings, and agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- **1–3 years of experience**
- in real estate admin (Dubai preferred)
- Hands-on experience with
Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder
- Familiarity with
- RERA forms and processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in
- Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Experience with
- Trakheesi / listing permits
- Ability to manage high-volume leads and listings efficiently
