Position overview
Provide administrative and data-management support through accurate data entry, information maintenance, document organization, and routine office assistance.
The position is remote and requires reliability, communication, self-management, confidentiality, and deadline management.
Data entry and records management
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
- Process forms, emails, invoices, reports, applications, and other source documents.
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, consistency, duplicates, and missing information.
- Perform data verification and quality-control checks.
- Organize electronic records and convert paper, PDF, and scanned documents into digital records.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, summaries, logs, registers, and data lists.
Administrative support
- Provide general administrative assistance to managers, supervisors, and other departments.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, proofreading, and clerical activities.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and monitor shared inboxes or administrative communication channels.
- Prepare meeting materials, notes, lists, and other administrative documents.
