1. Logistics & Asset Management
- **Dormitory Management:** Oversee daily operations, coordination, and maintenance of employee housing.
- **Fleet Management:** Responsible for the centralized scheduling, arrangement, and management of company vehicles; serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle-related services.
- **Office Administration:** Manage the procurement and distribution of office supplies; maintain the office environment to ensure efficient daily operations.
2. General Administration & External Liaison
- **Documentation:** Draft, revise, organize, and archive various documents in both English and Chinese; ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive materials.
- **External Liaison:** Coordinate with external entities including shopping malls, government departments, and other authorities to handle administrative procedures.
3. Reception & Event Coordination
- **Guest Relations:** Manage front desk reception and provide professional hospitality for important clients and visitors.
- **Meeting Coordination:** Organize internal and external meetings and corporate events; responsible for taking meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
4. Contracts, Assets & License Management
- **Lease Management:** Maintain the lease contract ledger, monitor expiry dates, and conduct preliminary reviews of rental agreements.
- **Asset Auditing:** Conduct regular inventory counts and liquidation of fixed assets and procured materials.
- **Corporate Compliance:** Manage the renewal of trade licenses and various business certificates for the head office and branches; oversee the safekeeping and use of corporate seals.
Requirements
- **Language Skills:** Proficiency in **English** (written and spoken) is mandatory; must be able to handle English documentation and external communication independently.
- **Experience:** Proven experience in administration, general logistics management, or clerical roles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Competencies:** Proactive work attitude with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- **Career Commitment:** A strong desire for long-term career development in Dubai with a stable professional plan.
- Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
