The Role
Coordinate administrative activities, support internal teams, and ensure efficient delivery of business support services.
The role supports administration, operations, HR, finance, customer service, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative services and operational support activities.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, schedules, agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, forms, correspondence, and management summaries.
- Maintain records, databases, filing systems, vendor information, and document controls.
- Coordinate requests, deadlines, onboarding, offboarding, procurement, invoices, travel, and service providers.
- Support internal departments, audits, compliance documentation, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
