Responsibilities

  • Receiving phone calls and visitors with professionalism.
  • Organizing the manager's schedule and meetings, and preparing agendas.
  • Drafting letters, reports, and correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Managing electronic mail and tracking correspondence.
  • Organizing files and both paper and electronic documents.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing presentations as needed.
  • Monitoring administrative transactions and coordinating with various departments.
  • Executing any other administrative tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Skills

  • High school diploma as a minimum, with preference for a diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative work is preferred.
