We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team. You will provide essential administrative support across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, including data management, workflow coordination, and reporting.

- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and operational records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Organize and standardize records, including names, contact details, regional information, and notes
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data
- Maintain organized digital filing systems using standardized naming conventions
- Review and organize incoming administrative requests and route tasks to appropriate team members
- Monitor task progress from assignment through completion and follow up on pending or overdue tasks
- Update daily operational trackers and progress logs
- Prepare concise progress summaries for internal teams
- Assist with calendar updates and availability tracking
- Review administrative work for accuracy before submission
