Position Overview

  • We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and highly organized Remote Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team serving the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal databases using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; Review records for accuracy; Standardize names, contact information, formatting; Identify duplicate records; Organize digital files.
  • Workflow & Task Coordination: Review and organize incoming administrative requests; Assign or route tasks; Track task progress; Follow up on overdue items; Maintain documentation of task status.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Update operational trackers; Maintain daily activity logs; Prepare simple progress summaries; Monitor recurring issues; Escalate workflow bottlenecks.
  • Scheduling & Administrative Support: Assist with calendar updates and scheduling; Send reminders; Track onboarding progress; Help coordinate internal administrative activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Review work before submission; Maintain organized documentation; Ensure records accessible; Support updates to internal documentation; Follow SOPs.
