Role Description
Full-time remote role supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania.
Works closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, monitor deadlines, and uphold consistent administrative standards.
Administrative Operations Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and calendars.
- Organize virtual meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain digital records and databases.
- Handle correspondence and email management.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate events and trainings.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations.
- Help streamline operational processes and ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance skills supporting senior leaders and day-to-day operations.
- Strong general administration capabilities, including organizing information, managing records, and coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with remote work tools such as video conferencing, shared drives, and project management platforms.
- Basic proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Commitment to inclusion, respect, and sensitivity toward individuals living with dementia and their care partners.
- Prior experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Post-secondary education or relevant certification in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
