Role Description

Full-time remote role supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of Dementia Friendly Pennsylvania.

Works closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, monitor deadlines, and uphold consistent administrative standards.

Administrative Operations Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendars.
  • Organize virtual meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain digital records and databases.
  • Handle correspondence and email management.
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Coordinate events and trainings.
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations.
  • Help streamline operational processes and ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance skills supporting senior leaders and day-to-day operations.
  • Strong general administration capabilities, including organizing information, managing records, and coordinating schedules and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort with remote work tools such as video conferencing, shared drives, and project management platforms.
  • Basic proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Commitment to inclusion, respect, and sensitivity toward individuals living with dementia and their care partners.
  • Prior experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Post-secondary education or relevant certification in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
