- Arrange travel, accommodation, and coordinate internal and external events.
- Handle government-related processes (visas, Iqama, labor cards, passport validity, transfers, and work visa quotas).
- Prepare and draft official documents and letters for government entities.
- Manage and update company assets (vehicles, equipment, gifts, and drivers).
- Track company licenses and ensure all certifications are valid and up to date.
- Visit and coordinate with government departments to complete company transactions.
- Process payment requests related to business operations.
- Arrange business cards and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
