Overview

  • We are looking for 2 experienced Administrative Officer to handle company formation and ongoing administrative processes in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Submission of new trade license applications (Freezone & Mainland)
  • Liaising with relevant authorities and tracking application status
  • Handling amendments (activities, shareholders, manager, address, etc.)
  • Managing renewals and compliance requirements
  • Preparing banking documentation
  • Coordinating with local banks
  • Following up until account opening is completed

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in company formation in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of Freezone and Mainland procedures
  • Familiar with UAE administrative and regulatory processes
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and autonomous
  • Fluent in English (French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with residency visas (investors, employees, dependents)
  • Existing relationships with UAE authorities and banks

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
