This is a part-time, remote role for an Administrative Manager.
The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with different departments and external stakeholders, and manage schedules and communications.
Responsibilities also include organizing and maintaining records, creating reports, and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes.
The role requires effective leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and partners effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and digital tools, including MS Office Suite and cloud storage systems.
- Ability to create reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Experience in leadership or managerial roles to oversee operations and team performance.
- Knowledge or background in legal or administrative fields is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work remotely and manage tasks independently in a part-time capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
