Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for an Administrative Assistant.

The role involves supporting executive and operational activities, managing clerical and administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, organizing documentation, and assisting with various executive administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling and maintaining records
  • Strong Communication skills and excellent Phone Etiquette for professional interaction with clients and stakeholders
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, such as document organization and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and effective time management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant office and productivity software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and a working knowledge of English is advantageous
