Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist with marketing administration, proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Follow up on projects, deadlines, and client requirements.
- Support advertising and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Manage reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings.
