Key Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Well organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate company documents, including Trade Licenses, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and other official documents, from Arabic to English.
  • Prepare and maintain various MIS reports with accuracy and timely updates.
  • Draft and prepare letters and supporting documentation for mortgage loan applications.
  • Coordinate and initiate property valuation requests with external valuation agencies.
  • Provide day to day administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
