About the Department

Position Duties

• Performs routine office management and maintenance files, supplies, communications, equipment, inventory, forms, office, and inter-office matters. Provides administrative support to the Director of Sponsored Programs for data maintenance and registrations, travel, scheduling, and general operations. Maintains grants database, compliance records, correspondence and files. Receives and routes or distributes grant notices and documents, funding opportunities, newsletters, correspondence, and approval documents. Assists with website maintenance, correspondence, and office/department publications. Prepares ad-hoc status and other reports, researches and disseminates funding opportunities, policies and procedures for the Director to various College stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
