Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders into the system and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely invoicing
- Manage local invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and day to day vendor payments
- Prepare purchase orders for imports, coordinate with Custom House Agents for clearances, and assist with quarterly inventory reviews
- Review team travel and petty cash claims, and compile monthly and yearly consolidated statements
- Support VAT returns, tax computations, financial statements, and corporate audits
- Assist with office insurance renewals (inventory, medical, workmen’s compensation, vehicle policies)
- Pitch in with other routine administrative, operational, or commercial tasks as needed
- Coordinate with team members in India and other international offices
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, finance support, office administration, or trading operations
- Currently residing in or open to relocating to Sharjah or Dubai, UAE
- Comfort in working with numbers, reports, and financial data
- Ability to manage routine responsibilities and meet timelines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow standardized organizational processes

About the Role

Qualifications
