Aldoliaa Investment Co (AIC) is a Waqf-based limited liability company founded in 2013 under the regulations established by the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia.

The company specializes in professionally managing and developing the assets of the Mohammad Ibrahim Al Subaie Waqf.

AIC aims to achieve balanced annual asset growth while generating revenues to support charitable causes in alignment with the founder's will.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Riyadh.

The Administrative Assistant Officer is responsible for managing and executing a wide range of administrative and governmental tasks to ensure smooth operations and full compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The role includes handling government services, renewing company licenses, managing vehicle-related procedures, and following up on all matters related to medical insurance and employee affairs.

The position also supports general HR and administrative functions to maintain efficient workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all government services, including Muqeem, Absher, Qiwa, Mudad, and other platforms.
  • Renewing company licenses and permits and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling vehicle registration, renewal, insurance, and follow-up for the company fleet.
  • Managing medical insurance for employees, including additions, deletions, upgrades, and claims follow-up.
  • Supporting employee affairs, such as onboarding, offboarding, letters, and documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Assisting in general administrative tasks and supporting HR in day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of government platforms and administrative procedures.
  • Experience in HR support, employee services, and medical insurance management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
