- Oversee day to day accounting operations, including managing general ledger activities, supervising journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate month end and year end closing.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
- Monitor and control fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, perform variance and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Implement process improvements and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements and related reports.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision making.
- Hands on experience with Journal Entries (Accounting), general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
- Solid foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Practical knowledge in managing Fixed Assets, including capitalization, tracking, and depreciation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SOCPA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Saudi accounting and regulatory requirements; experience in endowment, investment, or asset management environments is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Accounting Manager role based in Riyadh.
- The Accounting Manager will oversee day to day accounting operations, including managing general ledger activities, supervising journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate month end and year end closing.
