PulseMediaNL is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant (Remote) to join our remote team.

This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow efficiency across the organization while working in a fully remote environment.

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments remotely
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain organized communication channels
  • Perform data entry, document preparation, and file management tasks
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across departments

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments across teams
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Ensure clear and professional communication across all channels

Task & Workflow Management

  • Track deadlines, assignments, and ongoing administrative responsibilities
  • Assist teams with organizing priorities and maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Support operational projects and administrative initiatives as needed
  • Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Systems & Process Support

  • Use administrative systems, productivity tools, and communication platforms effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Assist in improving administrative workflows and office procedures
  • Follow established processes and contribute to operational efficiency

About The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Experience with CRM or administrative systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
