Administrative Assistant - Permanent - Perth We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this permanent full-time role, you'll be a trusted partner, bringing a solutions-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the function and leadership team, ensuring administrative processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and confidentially.

Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems, ensuring information is managed with integrity, compliance and discretion.
