This is a hands-on execution role at a Dubai-based record label with a catalogue of more than 10,000 music releases distributed worldwide.
The role owns day-to-day catalogue operations, uploads, metadata, reporting, social content, and coordination with the label manager.
Catalogue and Distribution Operations
- Prepare and upload new releases through the distribution platform.
- Manage titles, credits, ISRCs, release dates, and artwork specifications.
- Maintain release calendars across artist brands.
- Document processes, organize files, and support the team where needed.
Reporting and Data
- Pull monthly performance exports from Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, and the royalty dashboard.
- Maintain performance trackers in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Flag unusual changes such as sudden track spikes or playlist drops.
Social Media and Content
- Plan and schedule Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts across artist brands.
- Write and optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and chapters.
- Brief the graphic designer on assets.
- Track content performance and adjust accordingly.
What We Are Looking For
- Candidates must be based in the UAE and able to come into the Dubai office.
- A good understanding of music genres and structure is required.
- The role requires organization, attention to detail, spreadsheet comfort, strong English communication, and a proactive approach.
- Affinity with the music industry is a bonus, and Arabic is a bonus.
Contract Details
- The role is full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
- There is a six-month trial period.
- Long-term collaboration is preferred.
Work Location
- The role is on-site Monday to Friday at an office in Dubai Media City near a metro station.
