Fields direct calls, voicemails, emails, and direct requests from department managers and employees, as well as employees in other departments.
Writes, edits, and proofreads department communications, interoffice and departmental handouts, letters, articles, and various types of correspondence.
Analyzes unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel and budgetary requirements, and performance standards to revise established procedures.

Experience supporting director-level or above leadership.
Ability to handle confidential information and always maintain confidentiality.
General understanding of the financial industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with AI tools.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exhibits professional appearance and presentation.
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Able to pay very close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks.
