Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to departments and management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
  • Assist with data entry, document control, and record management.
  • Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
