- Handle Trakheesi permit applications and approvals
- Assist with Ejari registration and tenancy contract documentation
- Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and government related platforms
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and transactions
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and leasing deals
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Support the sales team with smooth documentation and deal processing
- Ensure all documents comply with Dubai real estate regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE real estate administration is mandatory
