About the Role
AVATR Global Design Center seeks an Administrative Assistant in Dubai to manage office environment, assets, meetings, events, and business reception. The role requires 2+ years of administrative experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office space management and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment
- Manage ledger registration, inventory, and routine maintenance of office supplies and fixed assets
- Coordinate end to end support for regional meetings, training sessions, and online/offline activities
- Manage business reception for domestic and international clients, headquarters, and cross regional teams
- Assist with local business license annual reviews and filings
- Organize, archive, and maintain custody of administrative documents, contracts, and files
- Efficiently respond to daily administrative needs of business teams and handle emergency office affairs
Requirements
- Full time Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or logistics related work experience
- Experience in multinational companies or overseas settings is a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive or new energy sectors is highly preferred
- English must be usable as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Cross cultural communication skills with understanding of Middle Eastern cultural customs and business etiquette
