Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, greeting visitors
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
- Prepare and format documents, maintain filing systems (digital and physical), process incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support basic accounting or data entry tasks as needed
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, assist senior executives with administrative tasks
- Arrange meetings and events, ensure office supplies and equipment are well maintained
- Provide proactive support, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and handling office documentation
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leaders
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with basic data entry and document management tools
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within consultancy, professional services, or a similar business environment
- Secondary school certificate required; diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus
