- Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle petty cash and expense reports
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Liaise with external accountants for VAT filings, audits, etc.
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare payroll input
- Support employee engagement and compliance with labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar multifunctional role; Freshers welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
