- Maintain and control company documents, including vehicle records, permits, and transport related documentation
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, and version control
- Prepare reports and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Monitor vehicle registration, permits, insurance, and related compliance documents
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications
- Coordinate with drivers, operations team, and management
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist in preparing invoices, LPOs, and other administrative documents
- Maintain confidentiality and organized record keeping systems
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in an administrative or document control role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in verbal and written communication
- Able to communicate in Hindi or Urdu
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in transport/logistics industry is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Document Controller to support administrative and documentation operations within our transport company in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

Working Conditions
- Office based role located in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi

- Fast paced transport operations environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
- May require occasional overtime depending on operational needs
