Role Overview
The role supports application support, product and sales support, and inventory oversight.
The industry is medical devices.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product training, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Assist with product presentations, technical documentation, and customer communications.
- Support sales and commercial activities, including presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and consignment stock at hospitals.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding movement of instrument sets.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and other business materials.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, inventory records, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- 4–5 or more years of relevant experience is indicated, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
