This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support.
Additionally, the role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including document organization and data entry
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in similar roles or professional settings is a plus
