Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing administrative tasks, supporting executives, handling clerical duties, managing communication through phone and email, and providing overall support to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

The position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily operations and maintain organized systems
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and respond to inquiries
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to leadership and manage scheduling
  • Proficiency in organizational tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of public service environments is a plus
