We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative and Financial Consultant to provide strategic advisory services, enhance organizational performance, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in administrative development, financial consulting, and strategic planning, with the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning support and lead administrative development initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver specialized financial and administrative consulting services, including organizational structuring and process optimization.
- Design and deliver training programs to develop human capital and build professional capabilities within the organization.
- Conduct data analysis, define objectives, and develop strategies, operational plans, and workflow processes.
- Prepare reports, performance targets, and strategic plans in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance frameworks.
- Support decision-makers by providing accurate data, actionable insights, and well-founded recommendations.
- Draft, review, and evaluate memorandums, policies, and specialized administrative and financial reports.
- Provide expert financial advice tailored to specific business needs and emerging challenges.
- Monitor trends and advancements in administrative and financial practices, proposing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Review observations and reports issued by regulatory authorities and provide expert opinions supported by legal and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification from a recognized international body is required (e.g., CPE, AICP, CCMP, CMA, or equivalent).
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in administrative consulting, organizational development, strategic planning, and financial advisory.
- Proven consulting experience within the government or public sector.
- Prior experience in accounting, budgeting, and change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including Human Resources laws, and tendering and procurement regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Solid legal and regulatory understanding relevant to administrative and financial advisory.
- Excellent research and data collection skills to support high-quality studies and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); **Arabic is mandatory**, with strong proficiency in English.
- High-level report writing and presentation skills, including the ability to develop strategies, policies, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information in a clear and structured manner.
- Broad awareness of local, regional, and international developments in administration and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and presentation tools.
