Administration Officer

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, carers, health professionals, and service providers. Proven experience in preparing accurate documentation, responding to enquiries promptly, and conveying information clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• Proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in identifying issues, implementing practical solutions, and prioritising workload to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment and proven capacity to manage tasks autonomously while contributing positively to team goals.
