Patient & Customer Service
Provide a professional, compassionate and customer-focused service to patients, carers, clinicians and visitors.
Explain financial consent requirements to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.
Respond to patient and stakeholder enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring issues are managed through to resolution.
Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support an exceptional patient experience.
Coordinate administrative processes in accordance with organisational requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.
Identify, investigate and resolve administrative issues using sound judgement and logical problem-solving skills.
Contribute to the review and improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work collaboratively as a positive and supportive team member while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
Share knowledge, support colleagues and actively participate in team meetings and organisational initiatives.
