Job Summary
The Administration Officer is a core member of the Administration team.
The role supports a healthy, productive, safe, and clean workplace for staff and visitors.
The role provides administrative services including travel, flight and hotel bookings, and meet-and-greet arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Maintain office infrastructure, utilities, workplace facilities, assets, inventory, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees when required.
- Handle visa coordination and documentation with external agencies.
- Arrange accommodation and provide accommodation support for employees and visitors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory-authority visits.
