About the Role
A Dubai-based corporate services company seeks an Administration Executive with 1-2 years UAE experience in company formation, PRO, or business setup. The role involves handling DED/Freezone company setup, visa processing, and client compliance.

Responsibilities
- Execute UAE Mainland DED + Freezone company setup: DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman
- Handle trade name, initial approval, MOA notarization, Ejari, license issuance
- Process amendments: share transfer, capital increase, director changes
- Draft corporate docs: POA, Board Resolutions, MOA/AOA amendments
- Manage license renewals, quotations, CDR, customs code for clients
- Process Employment, Investor, Golden Visa applications with GDRFA/MOHRE
- Coordinate with DED, Freezone authorities, typing centers, PROs daily
- Maintain client files + CRM updates + provide status reports
Requirements
- 1 2 years UAE experience in company formation / PRO / business setup
- Hands on DED, Freezone, Visa processing knowledge
- Notice period: Immediate / Cancelled visa / Max 15 days only
- Strong English + MS Office
- Arabic/Hindi/Tamil is a plus

About the Role
