Administration Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office administration and operational activities.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, couriers, and service providers.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and stock levels.
• Support attendance and leave records for HR administration.
• Prepare reports, letters, quotations, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain records of invoices, contracts, and company documents.
• Assist management with follow-ups and task coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and administrative policies.
• Support interdepartmental coordination for smooth workflow execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
• Two to four years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.
