Job Overview

  • Manage and support daily administrative and HR related operations at site/office, ensuring smooth coordination, proper documentation, workforce management, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day administrative activities at site/office
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Manage attendance, timesheets, payroll inputs, and leave records
  • Coordinate onboarding, visa processing, and employee documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate employee welfare, insurance, and engagement programs
  • Manage office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Handle logistics, travel, accommodation, and transportation
  • Prepare MIS reports, HR reports, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
  • Support project team with site logistics and admin requirements
