- Coordinate onboarding, visa processing, and employee documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate employee welfare, insurance, and engagement programs
- Manage office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
- Handle logistics, travel, accommodation, and transportation
- Prepare MIS reports, HR reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures
