Admin & Shop Assistant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative assistant duties, including record-keeping and documentation.
• Greet and assist customers with their purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Support daily operations, including stocking and inventory management
• Assist with shop opening and closing duties
• Maintain records using Microsoft Excel

Requirements

• Previous experience in wholesale or retail is an advantage
• Administrative experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and cleaning tasks
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Flexible to work split shifts
• Female candidates preferred

Compensation Package

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000- AED 4,000 per month plus commission
• Commission: Entitled upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
