Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in administration, and office operations. This role also provides exposure to internal activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate screening and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Support office operations, including internal events
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed HR, Business, or related program
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
