Job Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing real estate organization.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, payroll processing, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, policy implementation, and PRO coordination.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the real estate sector in the UAE and strong understanding of UAE Labour Law will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end HR operations and day to day employee administration activities.
  • Handle attendance management, leave records, overtime calculations, and employee time tracking.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, commissions, incentives, and payroll reporting.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, experience letters, and HR documentation.
  • Manage complete employee onboarding process, induction, joining formalities, and documentation collection.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, contracts, and confidential employee data.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and internal company procedures aligned with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with PRO team for visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and government documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Support recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and assisting with hiring documentation when required.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and HR support for internal teams.
  • Manage employee offboarding process, final settlements, exit documentation, and clearance procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–6 years of UAE HR experience (Real Estate industry experience preferred)
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory
  • Strong hands on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and employee documentation
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and HR compliance
  • Experience in employee onboarding, offer letter preparation, HR policies, and employee lifecycle management
  • Exposure to PRO services, visa processing, labour contracts, and government formalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential employee records professionally
  • Must be available for immediate joining

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Real Estate companies in UAE
  • Knowledge of commission and incentive payroll structure for sales teams
  • Experience with HRMS and Payroll Systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment

Pay

  • Up to AED 4,000.00 per month
