- into daily operations.
Founder’s Office Support
- Work closely with the Founder on daily priorities
- Maintain structure in daily schedule and execution
- Ensure important tasks are not delayed or missed
Execution & Follow-Ups
- Track key tasks across teams (warehouse, e-commerce, admin)
- Follow up consistently until completion
- Maintain daily and weekly execution reports
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in basic reporting, documentation, and task management
- Identify gaps and ensure they are addressed proactively

Requirements
- Good communication skills (English)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- 0–3 years experience (fresh but strong candidates welcome)
- Bachelor's degree
