Role Overview
Shafa Al Nahdah Group is seeking an Admin to support day-to-day administrative operations for a construction project in Ethiopia.
The company undertakes building, villa, infrastructure, and other construction projects across the UAE and Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the project site.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, management, and project teams regarding administrative requirements.
- Handle correspondence, reports, filing, and documentation.
- Support accommodation, transportation, and other employee-related administrative matters.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, service providers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Assist the project team with general administrative and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the project site and head office.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
