Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries
- Enter and update orders into the system
- Prepare and update packing lists
- Maintain list of delivery holds and update sales team accordingly
- Maintain balance position of stock with sales team
- Maintain and manage inventory status; conduct inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse team
- Maintain records of forwarding items and update forwarding/packing lists
- Coordinate with relevant teams on shipments and inward logistics requirements
- Prepare re export documents
- Check invoices before they are sent out
- Generate invoices and get them approved, packed, and handed to relevant team for dispatch
Requirements
- Prior experience in an admin, sales coordination, logistics, or accounts support role preferred
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry/accounting software
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams
- Attention to detail, especially with invoices, records, and financial documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

About the Role
- We are looking for an organized and detail oriented Accountant Clerk to support our sales, logistics, accounts, and general administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, inventory coordination, invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and documentation, ensuring smooth day to day
Sales & Order Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely dispatch of deliveries
- Enter and update orders into the system
- Prepare and update packing lists
- Maintain a list of delivery holds and update the sales team accordingly
- Maintain the balance position of stock with the sales team
Inventory & Logistics
- Maintain and manage inventory status; conduct inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with the warehouse team
- Maintain records of forwarding items and update forwarding/packing lists
- Coordinate with relevant teams on shipments and inward logistics requirements
- Prepare re export documents
- General logistics management
Accounts & Invoicing
- Check invoices before they are sent out
- Generate invoices and get them approved, packed, and handed to the relevant team for dispatch
- Maintain voucher records
- Bookkeeping and general accounting support
- Assist with basic accounts entries, reconciliations, and financial record keeping
- Coordinate with the accounts team on payments, receipts, and outstanding balances as required
Customer & Office Administration
- Coordinate with customers and resolve concerns as needed
- Maintain records of visitors and their details
- File and maintain visiting card records
- Handle filing and maintain relevant files/records
- Data entry for group companies
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and policy compliance
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Create and update records/databases (personnel, finance, and other data)
- Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues and management with various admin tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in an admin, sales coordination, logistics, or accounts support role preferred
