Role Overview
Administrative support role for the kitchen function at The Ritz-Carlton.
The position supports records, documents, communications, guest service, and day-to-day office organization.
Schedule and Position
- The schedule is full time.
- The position is non-management.
- The role is not remote and requires work at the assigned hotel site.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Enter and retrieve database information to update records, files, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Transmit information and documentation by computer, email, or fax.
- Operate standard office equipment and prepare letters, memos, and other documents.
- Process, date, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems and archive office and business records.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
Service and Team Responsibilities
- Follow company policies and maintain a neat, professional uniform and appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company property.
