UCS Universal Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant focused on HR administration.
The role supports security and cleaning operations and manages day-to-day HR and administrative activities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of security guards and cleaning staff.
- Conduct interviews, selection and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and performance issues.
- Coordinate payroll, salaries, benefits, insurance and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and administrative documents for management.
- Coordinate with supervisors and field staff to support smooth operations.
- Support employee training, attendance and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Previous HR or administrative experience is required, with experience in security, cleaning or manpower services preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures is required.
- Good communication and organizational skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks is required.
